What to include
- the app and its version (in CueSplit, choose CueSplit > About CueSplit; in SubStantial, SubStantial > About SubStantial)
- your version of macOS
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- for a problem with a particular album, its cue sheet if you can share it: it's small, and usually enough to reproduce the problem
- for a problem with a particular subtitle file in SubStantial, the file if you can share it, and the provider and model you used
Software
- CueSplit: splits single-file lossless albums into tagged tracks, on the Mac.
cuesplit: the same splitting, from the command line.- SubStantial: translates whole folders of subtitles with a language model, and makes subtitles from speech, on the Mac.
